Considering an employment agencies?

We offer several hiring options to meet your individual and specific needs.

Direct Placement: Ninety calendar day, no-fault guarantee. In case of failure during the first ninety calendar days of employment, we will replace the position. Our fee is based on annual income.

Temporary-to-Hire: Our probationary period during a temporary-to-hire contract is a minimum of 400 hours. During this time, the employee remains on Solid Staffing’s payroll. Clients are billed an hourly rate. Upon completion of the 400 hours, the employee may transition to your payroll with no additional fees.

Temporary Placement: We have top talent ready to assist you. Temporary employees remain on our payroll indefinitely. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the work of our temporary employee within the first four (4) hours worked, we will replace the employee and you will not be billed for those hours worked.
